In oil exploration, knowing the seismic or geological characteristics – velocity, impedance, attenuation, anisotropy – of the earth or around the well are of great importance. Our DAS technique is the ideal solution  to obtain the Vertical Seismic Profiling (VSP). It has superior characteristics compared to those offered by traditional methods (geophones, or accelerometers), eliminating the use of electronic componentes inside the well and thus reducing operating and maintenance costs.
